Four-Ten Workweek (4/10 Schedule. This schedule shall consist of four (4) consecutive days of ten (10) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week. Officers participating in the Regional Officer Training Program (ROT) will temporarily be assigned a 4/10 work schedule.
