FOURTH STEP (Board. If the recommended disposition of the grievance through mediation is not satisfactory, the grievant shall have ten (10) school days from the conclusion of the mediation session (or 3rd step if mediation is waived by mutual agreement) to appeal the grievance to the Board of Education. Within thirty (30) school days of the receipt of this appeal, the Board of Education shall hold a hearing of the matter and within ten (10) school days thereafter forward their disposition of the grievance in writing to the grievant.
