The Subcontract will also require the FQHC to keep a record of the number of visits by plan Members separate from FFS Medi-Cal beneficiaries, in addition to any other data reporting requirements. DHS will perform the reconciliation to determine the FQHC's reasonable costs and will pay to or recover from the FQHC the difference between the amount reimbursed by the Contractor and the FQHC's reasonable costs. Xxxxxx Medical Centers 95-23637 Article VI If the subcontract reimbursement is at-risk capitation, the Subcontract must specify that the capitation is total payment.
