Franchisee understands and acknowledges that every detail of the System and of the operation of the Licensed Business is important to Franchisee, Franchisor and other Company ABC franchisees in order to maintain and further develop high and uniform operating standards, to increase the demand for goods and services sold by Franchisor and all franchisees, to enhance the image of Franchisor and the Marks, and to protect Franchisor's reputation and goodwill.
