Fraud Notification Requirements. CONTRACTOR must comply with Worksystems’ requirement that all suspected incidents of fraud, abuse, or other criminal activity must be immediately reported on the same business day as the complaint was made or the incident discovered. CONTRACTOR will conform to Worksystems’ established policies and procedures for reporting and resolution.
