Common use of Fraudulent Application or Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Fraudulent Application or Eligibility. If there is any reason to believe that a person or resident has fraudulently gained access to, or is no longer eligible for housing, the resident of the unit will be contacted to review the matter. If it is verified that the individual is fraudulently living in the unit, or the resident fails to respond to the inquiry, eviction procedures may begin immediately.
