Common use of Fraudulent Claims Clause in Contracts

Fraudulent Claims. If the claim should be, in any respect, fraudulent or if any fraudulent means or devices were used by the Policyholder/Insured Person or anyone acting on his/her behalf to obtain any benefit under this Policy, all benefits in respect of such claims shall be forfeited, and this Policy shall be cancelled immediately, without any pro-rata return of premiums.
