Residence Limitation. 13.1.1 Bargaining unit members employed by the State Patrol shall be allowed to reside within forty (40) miles of the city limits of the assigned duty station, provided that such residence is in the State of Nebraska on a maintained road. If the forty (40) mile limit is in dispute, it will be verified using GPS equipment. Bargaining unit members employed by the Game and Parks Commission shall be allowed to reside within twenty (20) miles of the city limits of the assigned duty station, provided that such residence is in the State of Nebraska and within one of their primary counties of assignment. This provision only applies to residency changes made after July 1, 2017. At the discretion of the Game and Parks Commission, the 20 mile limitation may be increased. This decision shall be nongrievable.

Residence Limitation. (A) No teacher will be allowed to ride school transportation to and from school.
(B) All teachers must abide by board policy regarding being in school one-half (1/2) hour before and one-half (1/2) hour after the students are dismissed and be responsible for all their extra-curricular assignments.
(C) If a teacher misses school because of bad roads or weather, the teacher will be deducted 1/187 of yearly salary for days missed or they may choose to take sick leave.

13.1.2 Bargaining unit members employed by the State Patrol, excluding Carrier Enforcement Officers, may be allowed to reside ten (10) to twenty (20) miles outside the city limits of the assigned duty town under the same conditions as set out in Section 13.1.1 of this Article upon approval of the Superintendent. Such permission shall not be unreasonably denied. The decision of the Superintendent shall be final and not appealable after being presented with the necessary information by the applicant.
