Free Developer License. Licensee may install and use the Software on any Developer Workstation without a license. Before the Software is activated using a License Key, the Software operates under the Free Developer License. In this form, the Software contains a feature that limits the functionality of the Software, so the Software only operates within a development tool such as Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS), or SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT-BI). Licensee must not disable, destroy, or remove this feature of the Software. Any attempt to do so will be in violation of this Agreement and will terminate the Licensee's rights to use the Software. Licensee's use of the Software under the Free Developer License shall be limited to development, testing or evaluation purposes only.
