Free Exercise of Rights. Except as specifically provided herein and in the other Note Documents, (a) each Holder may exercise its rights and remedies under this Agreement and the other Note Documents to which it is party and all related documents, instruments and agreements for its sole benefit and (b) no Holder shall have any obligation or duty to exercise any such rights or duties for the benefit of any other Holder.
