Voluntary Dues Deductions. During the life of this Agreement and to the extent the laws of the State of Michigan permit, the Employer will honor written voluntary individual membership dues deduction authorizations of employees. A copy of the Dues Deduction Authorization Form for each employee for whom the Union membership dues are to be deducted hereunder, shall be delivered by the employee to the Employer before any payroll deductions shall be made. Deductions shall be made only under the Dues Deduction Authorization Forms which have been properly executed and are in effect. Any Authorization Form which is incomplete or in error will be returned to the employee by the Employer. Each dues deduction authorization will be limited to deduction of regular monthly basic dues. The Union shall certify to the Employer in writing the amount of each member’s regularly monthly dues. All properly executed Dues Deduction Authorization Forms shall become effective at the time the application is tendered to the Employer. If received on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the month preceding the month in which a deduction is to be made, deductions shall be deducted from the first (1st) pay of such month and monthly thereafter, and will remain in effect (i) for a specified time in accordance with law, or (ii) until the Employer receives written notification that the employee has cancelled the authorization, or (iii) until an employee’s active employment in a covered classification is terminated. It is understood that such dues deduction authorization shall not compel any employee to join or remain a member of the Union. Should this Agreement be terminated for any reason, the employee’s dues deductions authorization form will be automatically cancelled. All sums deducted by the Employer shall be remitted to the Union’s Financial Officer once each month within fifteen (15) calendar days following the payday in which deductions were made, together with a list which identifies current employees for whom Union dues have been deducted, the amount deducted from the pay of each employee and any employees who have terminated their Dues Deduction Authorization during the previous month. Employees may terminate their Dues Deduction Authorization at any time by serving written notice thereof to the Employer. Voluntary Dues Deductions. During the term of this Agreement, the Employer shall deduct from the wages of employees covered by this Agreement and pay over monthly to the proper officers of the Union the membership dues or equivalent service charge for those employees who individually and voluntarily authorize such deductions in writing by signing the authorization form attached hereto as Appendix A, copies of which shall be provided by the Employer. The Employer will not be held liable for deduction errors, but will make proper adjustments with the Union for errors as soon as practicable. The Union will hold the Employer harmless for any action taken at the written direction of the Union pertaining to this Article.
Voluntary Dues Deductions. The City will deduct EAGLES membership dues and any other mutually agreed- upon payroll deduction from the biweekly pay of the employee, effective with the first pay period an employee authorization is submitted. The employee must authorize deduction of membership dues in writing on an enrollment card acceptable to the City and the EAGLES. The City shall remit the deducted dues and other fees to the EAGLES as soon as reasonably feasible after the deduction.
Voluntary Dues Deductions. The Board agrees to deduct from the salaries of its employees, dues for membership in the White Mountains Education Association, the NEA-NH Association, and National Education Association, as said employees voluntarily authorize the Board to deduct and to transmit the monies promptly to the White Mountains Education Association. Employees who elect to have dues deducted may authorize these deductions by completing the appropriate form on or before November 1st. Those who choose continuing deductions shall be required to submit the appropriate form and the district shall place the form on file.
Voluntary Dues Deductions. Upon receipt of written authorization signed by an employee, the Superintendent's Office shall deduct an amount to provide for payment of dues for membership in the Association from the regular salary check of that employee. Deductions shall be in equal amounts for fifteen (15) consecutive pay periods, beginning with the second pay period in October of each school year. The District agrees to the deduction from the salaries of its unit employees, dues for the Florida Teachers’ Association and any of its affiliates as said employees individually and voluntarily authorize the District to deduct and to transmit the monies promptly to the Florida Teachers’ Association.

The DISTRICT shall, upon voluntary written authorization of the employees on forms prescribed by the DISTRICT following the first pay period after the date of implementation of this Memorandum of Understanding, deduct from the employees' pay received as a biweekly pay period, the SDHPOA dues or other SDHPOA deductions as a single deduction per employee for the period and promptly remit same to the appropriate designated officer of the SDHPOA.
