Free from Deficiencies. (a) On completing the Inspection and identifying any Deficiencies pursuant to clause 4.1, the Purchaser shall sign the Declaration of Adherence and Acknowledgement in favour of the Seller confirming that the Purchaser has inspected the Unit and has accepted the physical state and condition of the Unit.
