FREE-ISSUE MATERIALS. Where VICTREX provides Free Issue Materials to the Seller they shall remain the property of VICTREX but shall be at the risk of the Seller during the period they remain in the Seller's possession. Seller shall maintain all such Free Issue Materials in good order and condition and shall use them economically and solely in accordance with the Contract. Surplus Free Issue Materials shall be disposed of at VICTREX's direction. Waste or loss of Free Issue Materials shall be made good at the Seller's expense.
