Free Issue Materials. 11.1 Any material, software, equipment, tools objects, documents and auxiliary resources: (i) provided by the Buyer to the Supplier; or (ii) purchased or manufactured by the Supplier in connection with this Contract and paid for by the Buyer shall be considered ("Free Issue Materials").
