Free Parking. The College shall provide, free of charge, parking space for the motor vehicle of each employee covered by this Agreement.
Free Parking. In the absence of a State directive or legislation, the College shall continue to provide free parking space for all faculty members.
Free Parking. AFT 6157 officers and staff members shall be provided free parking in designated staff parking areas.
Free Parking. The College shall make every effort to grant members of the bargaining unit the privilege of free parking. Parking shall be allocated on a "first come, first served" basis.
Free Parking. The University will maintain the existing number of free parking spaces on each campus. As a result the following free parking spaces will be available in each campus: Glasnevin 460 spaces St. Patrick’s 200 spaces (inclusive of 121 staff, 48 DEC, 20 Students and 11 ERC*) All Hallows 42 spaces *In the event of the ERC moving to another location in the future the university will maintain these number of free parking spaces for staff Free parking is determined on a first come first served basis.
Free Parking. (a) Free Parking At Employer Workplaces The Employer shall provide parking, at each work place of the Employer, at no cost to Employees, for Employees who use their personal (owned or leased) vehicles for transportation to travel between their home and such workplace(s).
Free Parking. (a) The Employer shall continue its current practice of providing parking at the workplace at no cost to Employees, to the extent that such space is reasonably available. The Employer shall not be obliged to provide any additional free parking for Employees at or near the workplace if this would result in any increased cost to the Employer.
(b) The Union specifically agrees that if any agency of government, federal or otherwise, determines that the provision by the Employer of free parking to Employee(s) gives rise to a taxable benefit, all cost(s) in these respects shall be borne by the Employee(s) and not by the Employer.
Free Parking. The FHO will endeavor to continue its present practice of providing free parking while occupying the present premises of the FHO.
Free Parking. During the term of this Agreement, the Employer shall provide free parking for employees.
Free Parking. Each person entitled to use the Paseo Nuevo Parking Facilities shall receive seventy-five (75) minutes free parking per entry. If a greater or lesser amount of free parking is offered at any other City-operated parking lot, the free period of parking available to each person entitled to use the Paseo Nuevo Parking Facilities may be increased or decreased, as necessary, to match the free parking period offered at such other municipally operated parking lots upon written request executed by each of the Developers, Macy’s and Nordstrom.
