Common use of Freedom of Choice Clause in Contracts

Freedom of Choice. Each employee shall be given equal access to information regarding SUNSUPER, or such other complying superannuation funds agreed between the employee and the employer. This is to enable the employee to make an informed choice as to which occupational superannuation scheme the employee wishes the employer to contribute the required amount.
