FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA. Requests Whenever the District receives a request under the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, MCL 15.231 et. seq., for disclosure of documents concerning a teacher, a copy of the request shall be faxed to the Association Executive Director and either faxed or mailed to the teacher within two (2) work days of the receipt of the request by the District. In the event that the District intends to disclose any documents, a copy of said documents should first be made available to the Association and the teacher so that the Association and the teacher are aware of the documents intending to be disclosed.
