FREEDOM OF INFORMATION, DATA PROTECTION AND HUMAN RIGHTS. 27.1. The Grant Recipient must observe its obligations under Information Acts and HRA, and under the common law duty of confidentiality and shall comply with all applicable Laws (and shall notify the Authority immediately of any significant departure from such Laws).

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION, DATA PROTECTION AND HUMAN RIGHTS. 27.17.1.
