Frequency and Advance Information. SIX shall inform the participants about the planned system interruptions of the productive system in advance in order for the participants to have the possibility to take appropriate measures and inform their customers, if applicable. The information shall reach the participants via e-mail to the reported support team of the participants. The forewarning period shall vary depending on the expected interruption time due to the maintenance works.
