Maintenance Works definition

Maintenance Works means any/all works including equipment and things necessary to complete the Project / Services and undertake the Scope of Work in accordance with this Contract.
Maintenance Works means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. “OTE” (alternatively, Ordinary Time Earnings) means the actual ordinary rate of pay the Employee receives for ordinary hours of work, including disability allowances but not expense related allowances (such as the meal allowance), and includes any regular over-Agreement pay as well as casual rates received for ordinary hours of work. All other payments are excluded, except where the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) says otherwise.
Maintenance Works means checking, maintenance, repair and alteration work to the Terminal as per Clause 5.1.
