Common use of Frequency Sharing Clause in Contracts

Frequency Sharing. In a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) signed July 18, 2003, and July 25, 2003, between the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Networks and Information Integration, and the Commissioner of Public Safety State of Alaska (Appendix A), the provisions for shared use of federal government, state and local public safety allocated frequency resources used for operation on the System were enacted.
