Common use of Frequent Admissions Clause in Contracts

Frequent Admissions. No more than 0.3% of adults and children/youth in a FLOC, as defined in Information Item C, incorporated by reference and posted at: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx/doing-business-hhs/provider-portals/behavioral-health- services-providers/behavioral-health-provider-resources/community-mental-health- contracts, shall be admitted to a HHSC Inpatient Bed three or more times within 180 calendar days.
