Freshwave will. a. undertake any work at the Premises in a safe and professional manner in accordance with any applicable Site Rules notified to Freshwave in writing in advance causing as little disturbance, damage and inconvenience as reasonably possible; b. ensure that any tools, dust or waste items are cleaned away promptly, and that work is undertaken only in accordance with agreed plans and scheduling for the work; and c. promptly make good and rectify any damage caused by Freshwave or any Subcontractor to tangible property at the Premises.
