Common use of From Insurance Award Clause in Contracts

From Insurance Award. The Net Proceeds of any insurance award resulting from any damage to or destruction of the Property constituting structures, if any, by fire or other casualty shall be paid by the Town to the Trustee and shall be deposited in the Insurance and Condemnation Fund by the Trustee and applied as set forth in Section 5.07 of the Indenture.

From Insurance Award. The Net Proceeds of any insurance award resulting from any damage to or destruction of any portion of the Property constituting structures, if any, by fire or other casualty shall be paid by the Town to the Trustee and shall be Trustee, as assignee of the Corporation under the Assignment Agreement, deposited in the Insurance and Condemnation Fund held by the Trustee and applied as set forth in Section 5.07 6.01 of the IndentureTrust Agreement.
