From the Commencement Date. the Supplier shall notify UKRI in writing of any employer's liability or public liability incident arising out of or in connection with this Contract which: (a) has the potential to exceed £25,000 (twenty-five thousand pounds sterling) (excluding costs); and/or (b) irrespective of the claim’s value, which may reasonably be considered to have the potential to adversely affect the reputation of UKRI, within five (5) days of such an incident occurring.
