Other Benefits and Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse Consultant for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by it in connection with its duties hereunder, upon submission by Consultant to the Company of such written evidence of such expense as the Company may require. The Consultant shall obtain the prior written approval of the Company for all expenses.

Other Benefits and Expenses. (a) Executive shall be permitted during the Term to participate (without any waiting periods) in any and all benefit plans, hospitalization, medical, health, disability, officer/director or employee liability insurance plans, pension and 401K plans or other benefit plans (including any to-be-established bonus plans) on the same terms and conditions as extended to other executive officers of the Company. (b) The Company shall promptly reimburse Executive for all reasonable and necessary travel and entertainment expenses and other disbursements or costs Executive may incur in connection with promoting the business of the Company. (c) Executive shall be entitled to four weeks of paid vacation per year. If, in any year, Executive does not take some or all of her vacation, such unused days will be banked and carried over into the next year, as may be applicable.
Other Benefits and Expenses. 1. SAP will make a company car available to Board Member for business and private use during the term of this Contract. SAP will bear the cost of the company car, including but not limited to the running expenses. All tax liability in respect of private use will be borne by Board Member. The company car regulations posted in SAPNet also apply as amended from time to time. 2. SAP will at its own expense take accident insurance with the following cover for Board Member’s benefit: Death Two times the fixed annual salary Invalidity Three times the fixed annual salary SAP will take the insurance on terms that provide that the beneficiary or beneficiaries of death benefit are the person or persons nominated for that purpose by Board Member or, in the absence of such nomination, Board Member’s estate. Income tax on the premiums is payable by Board Member. 3. SAP will also take Board Members’ and officers’ liability insurance for Board Member’s benefit. 4. Board Member’s travel and other expenses incurred and disbursements made on SAP business will be reimbursed to Board Member in accordance with the rules generally applicable from time to time on presentation of documentation appropriate for tax purposes.
Other Benefits and Expenses. The Employee shall be entitled during the term of this agreement to participate in all health insurance and benefit plans, group insurance or other plan or plans providing benefits generally applicable to the employees of the Company who are currently in existence or those who hereafter may be adopted by the Company. Once the Employee shall be deemed a “successful salesperson”, said determination to be at the sole discretion of the Company as applied to all salespeople, the Employee may draw for expenses up to dollars ($ ) per month, the said draw amount being subject to change as long as the said change applies to all “successful salespeople" at the sole discretion of the Company. Group term life insurance, 100 percent of premium 3.2.5. Professional and out-of-pocket expenses. Reimbursable up to the greater of 10 percent of S&H or $5,000, payable promptly on voucher by the minister in accordance with an Accountable Reimbursement Plan developed jointly by the Minister, President, and Treasurer. Other expenses for reimbursement include, but are not limited to, travel, automobile mileage, lodging, meals, incidentals, conference registration, entertainment, pulpit gowns, books, periodicals, dues, office equipment such as computers, and other continuing education events. It shall be the practice of the Congregation to reimburse such expenses at the maximum rate allowed by the tax laws. Any items the purchase of which is reimbursed by the Plan shall be the property of the minister
Other Benefits and Expenses. 5.1 The Employee shall be entitled, at the expense of the Company, to join the medical health scheme operated by the Company (provided the Employee meets the usual requirements of the scheme and is accepted at normal rates of premium), the cost of which will be treated as a benefit in kind and shown on the Employee’s Form P11D at the end of each tax year. If and when the Employee joins the scheme, the Employee may be required to attend a full health check and further checks may be required at regular intervals thereafter.

Other Benefits and Expenses. 5.1. The Contractor chose to participate in his own health insurance plan, outside of the Company. The Company is not obliged to cover any expenses connected to formal employee related benefits. The laptop becomes the property of the minister after five years if the Minister remains employed by the Congregation. 1.1.3. Pension: contributions made by due date to the Unitarian Universalist Association’s Retirement Plan and/or other appropriate pension plan, of at least 10% of total Salary and Housing. (Paragraph number deleted also) In lieu of employer’s FICA at 7.656% of salary and housing, payable monthly.
