Effective Date of Coverage An eligible employee is entitled to benefits provided he is actively at work on the first day the Long Term Disability Benefit Plan becomes effective. An eligible employee absent from work due to sickness or accident at the effective date of the Plan, shall only be eligible for Long Term Disability Plan benefits upon the return to continuous active full-time employment for a period of more than four consecutive weeks. The Company shall have the right to give medical examinations to employees returning from such lay-off to determine their eligibility under the Plan.
Effective Date of Agreement The provisions of the agreement will come into full force and effect on the date of ratification, unless specified otherwise.
EFFECTIVE DATE OF CONTRACT This contract shall not become effective until and unless approved by the City of Nashua.
Effective Date; Term This Agreement shall become effective on the date of its execution and shall remain in force for a period of two (2) years from such date, and from year to year thereafter but only so long as such continuance is specifically approved at least annually by the vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not interested persons of the Trust or the Adviser, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval, and by a vote of the Board of Trustees or of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of the Fund. The aforesaid requirement that this Agreement may be continued "annually" shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.
Effective Date of the Agreement The date indicated in the Agreement on which it becomes effective, but if no such date is indicated, it means the date on which the Agreement is signed and delivered by the last of the two parties to sign and deliver.
EFFECTIVE DATE, TERMINATION, AND RENEWAL 17.1 This Agreement shall become effective on the first day of May, AD., 2019, and shall continue in full force and effect until the thirtieth (30th) day of April, AD., 2022 and thereafter from year to year unless terminated upon written notice of either party within one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to any anniversary of the terminal date.
Amendment Effective Date This Amendment shall become effective as of the first date (the “Amendment Effective Date”) on which each of the following conditions shall have been satisfied:

WAIVER AND EFFECTIVE DATE PJM requests that the Commission grant any and all waivers of the Commission’s rules and regulations necessary for acceptance of this filing and the enclosed Amended Service Agreements. Additionally, PJM requests a waiver of the Commission’s 60-day prior notice requirement to (i) allow the effective date of the Amended ISA to remain January 28, 2019; and
Assignment Amendments Waiver and Contract Complete 8.1 The Contractor may neither assign nor transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior consent of the Authority and a fully executed Assignment Agreement, executed and approved by the same parties who executed and approved this Agreement, or their successors in office. Any attempted assignment without said consent shall be void and of no effect. The Authority may assign or otherwise transfer or dispose of all or a portion of this Agreement in its sole discretion and without the consent of the Contractor. The Contractor shall execute all consents reasonably required to facilitate such assignment or other transfer.
