Common use of Front Office Clause in Contracts

Front Office. Cash Out: If a front desk agent has not had access to a calculator during shift, or a front desk agent has inadvertently posted ac- counts on another front desk agent’s number, the Company will pay that front desk agent overtime at the rate of time and one half of her regular rate in the event that in un- able to complete cash out by the end of shift.
