Front Yard Setback. 43G(1) For any R-1 or R-2 use constructed after 14 October 1982 in the "Peninsula Centre", "South End", or "Peninsula North Areas", the minimum front yard shall be the front yard of the majority of residential buildings fronting on the same side of the same block in which the building is to be constructed. For the purposes of measuring, existing front yard dimensions shall be rounded to the nearest foot. 43G(2) Where there is no majority of buildings with the same front yard on the block, the minimum front yard shall be:
