Arterial Streets definition

Arterial Streets means public street improvements made by the City in rights-of-way dedicated by the Port to the City or in existing City rights-of-way or City fee owned property, including paving, curbs, gutters, pedestrian facilities, street lighting, bicycle facilities, street trees, and traffic control devices, relocation and/or construction of street lights, traffic control devices, signage, City utility systems located within the rights-of-way, and other similar improvements that are constructed or improved consistent with BMC 20.37.460.

Arterial Streets. – shall mean those portions of Right-of-Way designated as arterial streets by City of Wichita Code §11.96.100.

Examples of Arterial Streets in a sentence

  • City participation or reimbursement for Arterial Streets and Arterial Bridges within the Property will not be allowed or required.

  • Among other uses, the data derived from monitoring and experience, including required biennial traffic monitoring, environmental clean-up progress, the pace of physical and economic development, the mix of uses, the success of mitigating measures, and public input and other analyses will be used by the Project Coordinators to propose amendments to this Agreement, including any needed changes in the sequence of Arterial Streets.
