End Construction Contract Documents—Those Construction Contract Documents whose primary purpose is to establish legal and contractual terms and conditions, typically including the Owner-Contractor agreement, bonds, general conditions, and supplementary conditions. The term excludes the Drawings and Specifications, and any Construction Contract Documents delivered or issued after the effective date of the Construction Contract.
