Frontage Roads. DB Contractor shall design and construct the frontage roads, frontage road bypass, and frontage road connections as shown in the Schematic Design. All frontage roads shall be new construction and shall be designed and constructed to the limits shown in the Schematic Design.

The design shall consist of widening frontage road bypasspavement, and frontage road connections as needed, to accommodate the Basic Configuration shown in the TxDOT Schematic Design.
