Streets The Developer agrees to dedicate and improve and/or construct, at no cost to the Town, all public and/or private streets, including but not limited to: curbs, gutters, and sidewalks, located within or required by this Project to comply with Town Regulations in accordance with the Final Project Documents.
Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.
Bridges a. Installation of a temporary (Xxxxxx-type) bridge over an existing structure or at a previously disturbed location, such as a former bridge location, to allow passage of emergency vehicles.
Access Roads The Company is to construct a public access road from Xxxxx Avenue to the Town Centre together with all other roads shown on the Land Tenure Plan. All roads are to be paved and drained to the satisfaction of the City.
Storage Services 2.1. The Storage Customer agrees to contract the following Bundled Product offered by the Storage Service Provider at the Storage Facility in accordance with the respectively valid Storage Specification (Annex 3 to this Agreement) as applicable on the date of conclusion of the Agreement at the Storage Fee stipulated herein: Short- Term Agreement Prince - Pack Short-Term
Pavement The combined surface course, base course, and subbase course, if any, considered as a single unit.
EMBANKMENT WIDENING The minimum embankment widening is: 2 feet for embankment heights at centerline of 2 to 6 feet. 4 feet for embankment heights at centerline of greater than 6 feet. Purchaser shall apply embankment widening equally to both sides of the road to achieve the required width.
Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.
Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.
Access to the Site 22.1 The Contractor shall allow the Engineer and any person authorized by the Engineer access to the Site, to any place where work in connection with the Contract is being carried out or is intended to be carried out and to any place where materials or plant are being manufactured / fabricated / assembled for the works.
