Frontage streets. Where a subdivision borders on or contains an existing or proposed major street the Planning Commission may require that frontage streets be provided, that screen planting contained in a non-access reservation along the rear property line, that deep lots with rear service alleys be provided or that other provisions be made for the adequate protection of residential properties and the separation of through and local traffic.

  • Streets The Developer agrees to dedicate and improve and/or construct, at no cost to the Town, all public and/or private streets, including but not limited to: curbs, gutters, and sidewalks, located within or required by this Project to comply with Town Regulations in accordance with the Final Project Documents.

  • Pavement The combined surface course, base course, and subbase course, if any, considered as a single unit.

  • EMBANKMENT WIDENING The minimum embankment widening is:  2 feet for embankment heights at centerline of 2 to 6 feet.  4 feet for embankment heights at centerline of greater than 6 feet. Purchaser shall apply embankment widening equally to both sides of the road to achieve the required width.

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.

  • Access to the Site 22.1 The Contractor shall allow the Engineer and any person authorized by the Engineer access to the Site, to any place where work in connection with the Contract is being carried out or is intended to be carried out and to any place where materials or plant are being manufactured / fabricated / assembled for the works.
