Customer’s participation in the FSI Customer Compliance Program is conditioned on Customer (a) being regulated by a Regulator; (b) maintaining an active, paid subscription to one or more Online Services through the Agreement; and (c) maintaining an active, paid Microsoft Premier Support Services agreement.
