Fuel Component. The weighted adjustment percentage for the fuel component shall be equal to the fuel component adjustment factor multiplied by five percent (5%) as shown by example in Exhibit C. The fuel component adjustment factor shall be the annual percentage change in the ‘Producer Price Index - Natural Gas’ from in the previous calendar year. The ‘Producer Price Index – Natural Gas’ (or ‘PPI’) shall mean the Producer Price Index for Natural Gas Distribution – Commercial (Series ID# 221210221210113) for the Pacific Region published by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Fuel Component. (1) The fuel component shall be increased or decreased each February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1 by an amount equal to the percentage change, if any, in the United States Fuel component of the Series RCR, Railroad Cost Recovery Index, published by the Association of American Railroads, for the first preceding calendar quarter over the second preceding calendar quarter. For example, the February 1, 1996, Adjustment shall be based on the change in the index between the fourth quarter of 1995 and the third quarter of 1995.
Fuel Component. The fuel component shall be $0.08005/kWh as of January 1, 2017, adjusted each year on January 1, starting in 2018, at one-hundred percent (100%) of the change in GDPIPD but shall not exceed 4% increase in any given term year, using the adjustment methodology set forth in Attachment I (Adjustment of Charges), and also adjusted on the sixth (6th) anniversary of the Commercial Operation Date to increase the then-applicable fuel component by fifteen (15%).

  • Cost of Metering The Issuer shall not be obligated to pay any costs associated with the routine metering duties set forth in this Section 2, including the costs of installing, replacing and maintaining meters, nor shall the Issuer be entitled to any credit against the Servicing Fee for any cost savings realized by the Servicer as a result of new metering and/or billing technologies.

  • Fuel 28.1 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 including GST per litre (which includes a service component).

  • Equipment Failures In the event of equipment failures beyond the Administrator's control, the Administrator shall take reasonable and prompt steps to minimize service interruptions but shall have no liability with respect thereto. The Administrator shall develop and maintain a plan for recovery from equipment failures which may include contractual arrangements with appropriate parties making reasonable provision for emergency use of electronic data processing equipment to the extent appropriate equipment is available.

  • Equipment, Etc Each Grantor shall, (i) within ten (10) days after a written request by the Administrative Agent, in the case of Equipment now owned, and (ii) following a request by the Administrative Agent pursuant to subclause (i) above, within ten (10) days after acquiring any other Equipment, deliver to the Administrative Agent, any and all certificates of title, and applications therefor, if any, of such Equipment and shall cause the Administrative Agent to be named as lienholder on any such certificate of title and applications. No Grantor shall permit any such items to become a fixture to real estate or an accession to other personal property unless such real estate or personal property is the subject of a fixture filing (as defined in the UCC) creating a first priority perfected Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent.

  • Raw Materials Lonza shall procure all required Raw Materials as well as consumables other than those Raw Materials that are Customer Materials. Customer shall be responsible for payment for all consumables and Raw Materials ordered or irrevocably committed to be procured by Lonza hereunder. Upon cancellation of any Batch or termination of the Agreement, all unused Raw Materials shall be paid for by Customer within [***] days of invoice and at Customer’s option will either be (a) held by Lonza for future use for the production of Product, (b) delivered to Customer, or (c) disposed of by Lonza.

  • CONTRACT YEAR A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.
