Fujitsu Services Advisor. Fujitsu shall appoint at Fujitsu’s expense an individual (the “Fujitsu Services Advisor”) who will serve as the Fujitsu representative under this Agreement. The Fujitsu Services Advisor shall (a) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Fujitsu’s obligations under this Agreement, (b) be authorized to act for and on behalf of Fujitsu with respect to all matters relating to this Agreement, and (c) shall be the primary contact with the Spansion Services Manager and AMD Services Advisor.
