Fulfill Conditions. Buyer will use its best efforts to fulfill each of the closing conditions on or prior to the Effective Time.
Fulfill Conditions. The Seller shall use its best efforts to cause to be fulfilled on or prior to the Closing each of the conditions set forth in Article VIII hereof.

Fulfill Conditions. The Seller, Xxxxxxx Properties, Shareholders and Members shall use their best efforts to cause to be fulfilled on or prior to the Closing each of the conditions set forth in Article VIII hereof.
