Fulfillment of Service. For each JumpCloud-accepted Order, subject to JumpCloud’s receipt of the applicable fees, JumpCloud will provide the applicable End Customer with access to the applicable portion of the Service. Partner is and will remain liable to JumpCloud and responsible for End Customers’ performance of obligations described in this Agreement.
