Full and Faithful Service. (a) The Executive shall devote his full time and attention and his best efforts to the business and affairs of the Corporation and its subsidiaries, and will ensure that he is not at any time engaged in conduct which would constitute a conflict with the interests of the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries.
