Full-Time Status. In addition to the duties and responsibilities specifically assigned to the Executive pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof, the Executive shall:
Full-Time Status. For the purpose of this Article, full-time employment is defined as appearing on the payroll at least thirty-two (32) hours per week or at least sixty-four (64) hours per pay period, excluding overtime hours.
Full-Time Status. In addition to the duties and responsibilities specifically assigned to the Employee pursuant to Section 2(a) hereof, the Employee shall:
Full-Time Status. Nurses who are regularly scheduled to work on a continuing basis at least forty (40) hours per week or seventy-two (72) hours in a fourteen (14) day pay period and who have successfully completed the required probationary period.
Full-Time Status. The basic computational unit used in determining faculty workloads is the Faculty Load Credit (FLC), defined such that a full-time unit member will be expected to provide services corresponding to thirty (30) FLCs per year. Unit members who are employed less than full time, but who are paid on the basis of the regular academic salary schedule, shall be expected to earn a proportionately reduced number of FLCs per academic year. The maximum number of FLCs assigned to a unit member in any semester will be eighteen (18), except as mutually agreed upon by the unit member and the District.
Full-Time Status. Part-time employees shall proceed to full-time in their own location according to seniority.
Full-Time Status. Seniority for full-time employees shall be defined as length of continuous full-time service with the Employer in the bargaining unit. When more than one (1) employee is promoted to full-time on the same date, into the same job classification, the employee’s part-time seniority date shall be the governing factor for placement on the schedule, vacation planning and layoff/reduction of hours.
Full-Time Status. 1. For counselors, educational associates, and tutors, full-time status is defined as an assignment of thirty-seven and one-half (37.5) hours per week. Assignments to less than these hours is considered part-time status.
Full-Time Status. An employee not covered by Section 8.02 Full-Time Employee who has worked an average of at least thirty-six (36) hours per week during a thirteen (13) consecutive week period shall be provided the title of fulltime status. An employee’s fulltime status title shall be notated on the posted schedule.
Full-Time Status. In addition to the duties and responsibilities specifically assigned to the Employee pursuant to Section 1.1 hereof, the Employee shall: (a) devote substantially all of his time, energy and skill during regular business hours to the performance of the duties of his employment (reasonable vacations and reasonable absences due to illness excepted) and faithfully and industriously perform such duties; (b) diligently follow and implement all management policies and decisions communicated to him by the Board of Directors of the Company or the Bank; and (c) timely prepare and forward to the Board of Directors of the Company or the Bank all reports and accounting as may be requested of the Employee.
