FULL ENERGIES. During the Term, Executive shall devote his full business energies, interest, abilities and productive time to the proper and efficient performance of his duties and to Company's business and affairs. The principal place of employment of Executive shall be at Company's principal executive offices, which are currently in San Diego, California.
