Full-time Associates Sample Clauses

The 'Full-time Associates' clause defines the employment status and expectations for employees classified as full-time within an organization. Typically, this clause outlines the minimum number of hours or days per week that constitute full-time work, and may specify eligibility for certain benefits, such as health insurance or paid leave, that are exclusive to full-time staff. By clearly distinguishing full-time associates from part-time or temporary employees, this clause ensures clarity in employment terms and helps both employer and employee understand their rights and obligations.
