Full-Time Employees definition

Full-Time Employees means Employees with regularly scheduled and budgeted Working Hours of no less than forty (40) hours per week.
Full-Time Employees means a person employed by the employer who is a member of the bargaining unit and working a regular forty (40) hour week.
Full-Time Employees means the term as calculated in 26 USC 4890h(c)(4), including application of the special rules for determining group size as defined in 26 USC 4980h(c)(2) and the specification that full-time equivalents are treated as full-time employees for purposes of determining group size, as described in 26 USC 4980h(c)(2)(e).

Examples of Full-Time Employees in a sentence

  • The Company represents that the number of permanent, Full-Time Employees (as defined in Indiana Code § 6–3.1–13–4) from whom Indiana state income tax withholdings are retained by the State of Indiana, employed as of the Commencement Date at the Project Location, is the Base Employment Number.

More Definitions of Full-Time Employees

Full-Time Employees means all individuals, as of the date hereof, who are employed by Seller and who work, on average, greater than 20 hours per week.
Full-Time Employees. With prior approval and at the discretion of the Chief or his designee, full- time employees may exchange workdays if both employees involved in the exchange agree; provided that written, advance notice signed by both employees involved in the exchange is given to the Chief or his designee two (2) days prior to each exchange of workday desired.
