Full-time Employees-Effect on Termination. a) When an employee resigns or is terminated by the Employer for any reason, full payment for vacation earned, but not taken, will form part of the employee's termination pay. If vacation has been received by the employee over and above the vacation he/she is entitled to pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, here shall be deducted from the salary of the employee, or refunded to the Employer by the employee, an amount equivalent to the pay for vacation received without entitlement. b) An employee who resigns his/her employment with less than two (2) weeks notice shall be entitled only to the vacation provided in the Employment Standards Act.
