Full-time Employees-Effect on Termination. a) In the event that the employee terminates employment, any remaining vacation pay earned shall be paid out to the employee. Full-time employees who terminate employment with less than one full year of continuous service, however, shall be paid vacation pay equivalent to 4% of their gross regular earnings. If vacation has been received by the employee over and above the vacation she is entitled to pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, there shall be deducted from the salary of the employee, or refunded to the Employer by the employee, an amount equivalent to the pay for vacation received without entitlement.
