Common use of Full-Time Manager Clause in Contracts

Full-Time Manager. The management, maintenance and operation of the concession shall at all times be under the supervision and direction of an active, qualified, competent and experienced full-time manager who shall at all times be subject to the direction and control of the Contractor. The Contractor shall assign the manager an office on the Premises and the manager shall be available during regular business hours.
