Full-Time Probationary Employees Sample Clauses
The 'Full-Time Probationary Employees' clause defines the status and conditions applicable to employees who are hired on a full-time basis but are subject to a probationary period. Typically, this clause outlines the duration of the probation, the evaluation criteria, and the rights or limitations of the employee during this period, such as eligibility for benefits or grounds for termination. Its core function is to provide the employer with a defined timeframe to assess the suitability and performance of new hires before confirming their permanent employment, thereby reducing the risk of unsuitable long-term hires.
