Processing a Personal Grievance. Full-time employees having probationary or permanent status may process a personal grievance on one or more than one of the following grounds: 1. Improper application of rules, regulations, and procedures. 2. Unfair treatment, including coercion, restraint, or reprisal. 3. Reduction in force action - layoffs. 4. Promotion procedures implemented unfairly. 5. Classification of position. 6. Non-selection for training opportunities. 7. Discrimination because of race, religion, color, creed, or national origin. 8.
