Full-Time Probationary Employees. Full-time probationary employees may file a grievance for non-disciplinary cases under this procedure but shall not have the right to file grievances processed under this procedure involving termination, discharge, demotion, suspension without pay, or performance ratings. Probationary employees may be discharged, demoted, or suspended without pay in accordance with Civil Service Rules and Regulations.
