Common use of Full-Time Services Clause in Contracts

Full-Time Services. The Executive shall devote substantially all of his business time to the business and affairs of the Employer and to the fulfillment of his duties hereunder in a diligent and competent fashion to the best of his abilities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) the Executive shall have the right to continue to fulfill his obligations as a director and officer of companies in which he currently serves in such capacity, including without limitation, Sillerman Communications Management Corporation, The Sillerman Companies, Inc., Sillerman Management Company, Inc. and The Marquee Group, Inc., and (b) shall have the right to devote a portion of his business time to personal investments and commitments not related to the Prohibited Business (as such term is defined in Section 16.1 hereof). In addition, except as provided in Section 16, the Executive may serve on the boards of directors of other organizations and companies; provided that the service on such other boards of directors does not interfere with the performance of the Executive's services hereunder.
