Common use of Functional Eligibility Redetermination Clause in Contracts

Functional Eligibility Redetermination. Once enrolled, the ICA is responsible to assure that all participants have a current and accurate level of care as determined by the Long-Term Care Functional Screen. This includes, at minimum, an annual re-determination of level of care. It may also include a post- enrollment redetermination shortly after enrollment or a redetermination necessitated by a change in the participant’s condition.
